We are a small family run restaurant (from the same family as Ristorante Miky and A Ca Du Gigante) that seeks as much as possible to support and promote our small, local and artisanal producers.
Our constantly changing menu is based on seasonality and the highest quality of ingredients from local producers and farms. We focus on these products as well in our libations- wine, beers and cocktails. Our wine list is over 80% natural, local, organic or triple a wines.
La Cantina di Miky was born from the enthusiasm, will and passion passed down from generations of restauranteurs. Our family has been in the restaurant and hospitality business for over 50 years.
La Cantina di Miky combines informal, relaxed but warm service with quality, local recipes, dishes with a twist, and bites from our world travels and experience. All of this while never forgetting the fragile beauty and balance of the national park we call home.
We are also members of the Slow Food Cooks’ Alliance, network of cooks defending food biodiversity across the world. We are a group of chefs who promise to support small producers and act as the custodians of biodiversity everyday by using slow food products, as well as local fruits, vegetables and cheeses, in their kitchens.
